Job Responsibility:
Strategy Development and Planning
  • Work closely with VP of Change Management and Communication as well as Strategy and Transformation Team to develop a comprehensive Change Management strategy and implementation plan that cuts across Green Packet Berhad as well as its subsidiary companies, where relevant, that is in line with the Group’s business objectives and cognisant of the baseline of the current organisation
  • Analyse and integrate any relevant studies, papers and initiatives developed internally or externally to leverage on to form the Change Management Strategy
  • Develop internal integrated communications plan relevant to support various Change initiatives.
  • Work together with Talent Development Team to identify coaching and training gaps and needs of employees at all levels, in line with business objectives and Change Management strategy
  • Development of internal strategic narrative, tying together all internal initiatives as well as strategic direction of the Group
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment of strategy and plans with the Investor Relations and External Communication team, in alignment with Green Packet Berhad’s business objectives and desired value creation
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
  • Conduct necessary and relevant stakeholder management and engagement within Green Packet Berhad group-level as well as its subsidiary companies

Implementation and Coordination
  • Develop Change Management Implementation Plan based on the agreed upon Change Management Strategy
  • Lead Change Management implementation work streams, that includes integrated internal employee engagement and communication, with a structured methodology and process with defined success metrics and performance measurement
  • Identify and anticipate risks and resistance to Change Management plan and develop mitigation tactics to ensure minimal disruption the implementation of Change Management strategy and plan

Requirements:

Job Responsibility:
