Job Responsibility:

  • Involve from the preliminary stage of the project(s), contractual and financial aspects- pre-bid stage to post-contractual phase and project close-up.
  • Prepare and review all documents pertaining to tender process from pre-qualification, issuance of request for quotation/proposal/tender bid document, evaluation report, negotiation and seek management approval for award recommendation for the appointment of Consultants/Contractors/Suppliers.

The digital copywriter will lead copy for the Digital Marketing team’s channels.   • Assist in analysis and forecasting of the Group’s cash flow positions.
  • Preparation of relevant treasury reports relating to cash flow, loans, projects and securities pledged.

  • To formulate winning brand portfolio and product strategies by being responsible to generate compelling consumer insight and “Ownable Brand Idea” through market research and insight.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business. Any Professional related qualification on real estate is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of working experience in similar capacity. Property or Real Estate background is mandatory.
