With an illustrious career spanning 21 years, Tanty has played pivotal roles in shaping regulatory compliance training and corporate governance frameworks for leading companies in Malaysia and the FinTech industry.
Tanty boasts a distinguished career spanning over two decades, holding leadership positions in renowned organizations like Astro All Asia Networks, Measat Broadcast Networks System, and Star Radio Group. Tanty's educational background includes a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Hons from the London School of Economics and a Diploma in Law from Kolej Damansara Utama, complementing her extensive practical experience in legal and regulatory affairs.

Muhammad Ashraff Bin Ismail currently serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Transformation at Green Packet Berhad, where he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s Strategic Business Planning and Implementation. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in executing key transformation initiatives within the organization.
Ashraff initiated his professional journey with IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd. in 2012, where he managed the delivery of projects such as the Seremban-Gemas Electrified Double Tracks and Seremban EMU Depot. Subsequently, he joined the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (‘MRT Corp’) from April 2015 to June 2019, assuming various roles in technical and planning capacities. From June 2019 to May 2020, he served as the Special Officer to the Managing Director of DWL Resources Berhad (now Velocity Capital Partner), a publicly-listed company on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. During this tenure, Ashraff led the crafting of the company’s strategic transformation plan, focusing on becoming a prominent player in the infrastructure construction sector. In May 2020, he briefly contributed to the Operations & Strategic Planning department at Sapura Secured Technologies Sdn Bhd
In October 2020, Ashraff took on the role of Special Officer to the Managing Director at Sungai Klang Expressway Sdn Bhd, a company with a keen interest in developing highway infrastructure as a concession owner. Later, in December 2021, he joined UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd as the Special Officer to the Chairman cum Head of Corporate Strategy. Here, he formulated UiTM Holdings’s 5-Year Turnaround Plan, steering the company towards financial success within a year of implementation. Despite not witnessing the full fruition of his plan, Ashraff parted ways with the company in July 2023.

Before joining Green Packet, Andrew was an Associate Partner (Digital) at McKinsey & Company based out of the Kuala Lumpur office, where he co-led Digital Business Building for McKinsey in Asia.
Andrew joined McKinsey in 2017 when the venture builder that he co-founded and led, VLT Labs, was acquired by the firm. At VLT Labs, he helped numerous start-ups launch and scale in Southeast Asia. He also advised innovation labs or business units within larger corporations on how to build and launch new digital businesses.
For more than a decade, Andrew has worked at the intersection of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. With over 23 years of retail and wholesale experience in the telecommunications industry, Tan joined Green Packet Berhad in 2007 to establish NGT Networks Pte Ltd - an international wholesale voice and data carrier. He had achieved EBITDA breakeven its first year of operations, and brought in more than RM50mil nett profit over 10 years.
Alvin has also spearheaded the rebranding of NGT Networks into Green Packet Global and has been essential to its strategic planning. He continues to advance the company’s mission and achieve its revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Today, Green Packet Global is among the largest and fastest growing neutral wholesale carrier of international voice and data traffic in Asia and the Middle East, connecting more than 250 suppliers and serving clients in more than 100 countries.
