Senior Solution Engineer
Responsibilities:

Deploy, test and troubleshoot Green Packet's server and client software solutions at customer premises. |
°
|
Perform field testing according to customer requirements. |
° |
Develop acceptance test plans and conduct acceptance testing with customer to achieve acceptance sign off. |
° |
Conduct training to customers after successful deployment and acceptance. |
° |
Provide post launch technical support to customers in accordance with SLA. |
° |
Provide documentation and user manual on deployed server and client software solution. |
Requirements:
° |
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic/Computer Science/Telecomm. |
° |
At least 3 years of experience in the following: |

* Server and client software field testing and deployment in telecommunications environment. |
|
* Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems (Android, Symbian and Windows Mobile knowledge would be an added advantage). |
|
* Remote/on-site troubleshooting and providing technical support. |
° |
Good communication and inter-personal skills when interacting with customers and team members. |
° |
Test Plan creation, maintenance and execution experience from solution specification. |
° |
Excellent documentation skills. |
° |
Willing to travel regionally and internationally. |
