Executive, Asset Management
Responsibilities:

Ensure all Fixed Assets are recorded in compliance to accounting standards and internal financial policies. |
°
|
Assist in month end closing relating to Fixed Assets. |
°
|
Update and maintain data integrity of Fixed Assets Register. |
°
|
Prepare monthly reconciliation of Fixed Assets. |
°
|
Monitor work in progress of Fixed Assets and conduct physical audit of assets. |
°
|
Liaise with auditors and end user from other units. |
Requirements:
°

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. |
°
|
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. |
°
|
Excellent leadership and management skills. |
°
|
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. |
°
|
Ability to work with all levels of management, including executive level, and cross functional teams. |
